This term encompasses structured courses and programmes designed to teach staff (employees) new skills or advance existing competencies, so that they can safely and more effectively fulfil their duties for their employers.
The four different types of training course delivery are on-the-job training, classroom training, remote, eLearning and finally blended learning, which is a combination of any of the first three training methods.
This can include both formal and informal learning exercises that centre around work-related activities, developing and refining skills to improve their effectiveness and safety in their business environment.
Our training courses start from just £85.50+VAT per delegate for a 1 day emergency first aid course and rise to £245+VAT per delegate for a 3 day course. We also offer a comprehensive mental health training course for £325+VAT per delegate.
